E-Warranty Interiors
Because our thin film coatings have many different areas of application, we can only provide a limited warranty when they are applied by one of our certified installers and used in approved projects. Our certified installers determine the warranty period that covers the buyer for installation costs. The warranty code is provided by NANO-CERAMIC® to the installer and covers the buyer for the products used.
The warranty applies only to discoloration, peeling, cracking, or delamination. Any claims caused by the use of cleaning chemicals other than SHRE Pure Shine Shampoo will be rejected. The warranty is valid only if it is registered by one of our approved installers via the E-Warranty Registration Form on our website. A copy of the registration will be sent to your email address.
Please note that while the product is designed to adhere to the surface for the stated duration, NANO-CERAMIC® cannot be held responsible if the substrate fails. In such cases, the product warranty will be void.
Please also note that any damage caused by friction that penetrates or cuts through the coating will void the expected service life. The warranty period is based on the correct use of coating products, proper surface preparation, and application by a NANO-CERAMIC® certified applicator.
