The quality and reliability of NANO-CERAMIC® are guaranteed for a period of 8 or 10 years, depending on the system used and the applied thickness, as specified on the product page. This limited product warranty applies to purchasers for new building applications, provided that the coating is professionally applied and supervised by an approved installer.
E-Warranty Buildings
The warranty applies exclusively to newly constructed concrete wall applications and covers only discoloration, peeling, cracking, or delamination. Any warranty claims related to surface or concrete cracking are excluded. All claims resulting from the use of cleaning chemicals other than SHRE Pure Shine Shampoo will be rejected.
The warranty is valid only if it is registered by one of our approved installers through the Dealership Electronic Warranty Registration Form available on our website.
Please note that our products are only as effective as the surface to which they adhere and which they are intended to protect. If the substrate fails, the coating may remain attached to the applied surface; however, the NANO-CERAMIC® product will no longer be able to perform its intended function, and the product warranty will therefore be void.
In addition, our coatings may be applied over freshly applied surfaces or after an extended period of time, provided the surface remains in good condition. Please note that any damage caused by friction that penetrates or cuts through the coating will void the expected service life.
All warranty durations are based on the use of correct coating products, proper surface preparation, and application by a NANO-CERAMIC® Certified Applicator. Furthermore, all maintenance products must be used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions.
